This race is set in beautiful Lake Elmo Park Reserve, and is a great duathlon for first-time duathletes as well as those with lots of experience. Run the paved trails within this beautiful park, then ride the picturesque horse country roads, and finish your final run at the park for the first mulltisport barbecue of the season. Don’t fancy running? Try our Reverse Du option – bike run bike! Two and three person relay teams welcome. Regular Du – 2.5 mile paved trail run, 15 mile bike, 2.5 mile paved trail run. Reverse Du – 15 mile bike, 2.5 mile paved trail run, 15 mile bike. Barbecue and awards ceremony included in registration fee.
