Join us on Saturday, October 18th at Victory Memorial Drive, Minneapolis for an event that celebrates health, community, and giving back.
Chose Your Race Experience
5k - Run / Walk
A 3.1-mile scenic course for everyone—from competitive runners to casual walkers. Enjoy the flat, fast, USATF-Certified trail starting and finishing at Webber Park. Check out the 5k Course Map Here.
10k - Run/Walk
Take it up a notch! This 6.2-mile course is ideal for seasoned runners or those looking to challenge themselves. Check out the course map here. No strollers on the 10k.
Double Header (5k + 10k)
Why settle for one race? Push your limits and take on both the 5K and 10K. You’ll double the fun and the satisfaction of giving back to the local community.
Kids Fun Run
Designed to inspire the next generation of athletes! This fun, half-mile event is perfect for kids aged 14 and under. Every participant gets tons of cheers and a free race shirt!

Complementary entries into the race are limited to those who have run under the standards below within the last year. Contact the race director here for elite entry
5k Men – sub 15 Women – sub 17:30
10K Men – sub 32 Women – sub 36:30
Awards
Prize Money:
Cash prizes ($300, $200, $100) to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall finishers and $150 to first Masters in the men’s and women’s 10K.
$1000 bonus for a Minnesota resident men’s or women’s open 10K MN state record.
Age Group Awards:
Awards go to the first place finishers in the 10K and 5K, men and women: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Double Header:
Awards will also be made to the runners who complete both the 5K and 10K in the lowest total time.
All awards are based on Gun Time and follow the USATF rules of competition.
