Governance

Run Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the entire running community. We do this by connecting runners and nonrunners of all abilities and backgrounds with the organizations who make it happen. Run Minnesota provides education, programs, and advocacy to welcome and advance the running community of Minnesota.

Board Committees

Each of the Run Minnesota board members serves on a committee to support the advancement of our mission. The current board committees are:

  • Governance Committee – Focuses on board operations, policies, and compliance.

  • Finance Committee – Oversees budgeting, financial practices, and financial stewardship.

  • Development Committee – Guides fundraising efforts and donor engagement strategies.

  • Membership & Advocacy Committee – Works on growing membership and advocating for the entire running community in Minnesota.
