All Group runs are free – No membership is required. All abilities and paces are welcome!

Run Minnesota coaches lead a group warmup and interval workout every Thursday in the summer. You don’t have to be fast; any level runner will benefit from a track session!
This is a welcoming, inclusive group of runners and challenging workout for all paces.

Led by certified coaches, our group training program is developed to encourage beginning marathoners while still meeting the needs of the more experienced runners. We emphasize the teamwork aspects of the sport along with the fun and enjoyment that can be provided through running with others.

Thursday evening group runs with a certified run coach. Our goal is to continue free group-run opportunities year-round. These workouts are open to anyone and will be structured to serve as an additional workout for participants in our training programs.
