One of Minnesota’s longest running duathlons is set in beautiful Lake Elmo Park Reserve and is a great duathlon for first-time duathletes. Run the paved trails within this beautiful park, then ride the picturesque horse country roads, and finish your final run at the park with a barbecue at the awards ceremony. Don’t fancy running? Try our Reverse Du option! 2 and 3 person relay team options for both the regular and reverse du. Regular Du 2.5 mile paved trail run, 15 mile bike, 2.5 mile paved trail run. Reverse du – 15 mile bike, 2.5 mile paved trail run, 15 mile bike.
