Rochester Women’s 4-Mile Run

This is one of only a few races in the upper Midwest for anyone who identifies as female. Female-identifying runners and walkers of all ages are welcome! Race entry includes a race gift for the first 200 registrants and post-race refreshments. This flat, fast, event starts and ends at the Silver Lake East Shelter and includes 2 loops around Silver Lake. Start/finish will take place on the east side of Silver Lake.

Tentative Schedule of Events:
7:30AM: Girl’s 1-Mile Run
8:00AM: 4-Mile Run/Walk
10:00AM: Awards Ceremony
8:30-11:00AM: Post-race Festivities
