November 23 – Run Minnesota Polar Bears

The Run Minnesota Polar Bears are an informal weekly group run that welcomes runners of all paces and abilities. Distances typically range from 3 miles to 10+. Routes will be loosely organized in the spirit of past Polar Bear Runs.

This season, our runs are Saturday mornings at 8:00 am from November 2 – February 22.

We’ll be alternating locations between St. Paul and Minneapolis with some special Running Store Shopping Days mixed in for fun.

Bring your own hydration and enjoy a run with a friendly welcoming group!
