Tuesday, March 4th – Kickoff Tuesday Run and Strength Training Preview @ Performance Running Gym – 6:00pm
Meet the Run Minnesota coaches, team leads and participants for a 4-6mi easy run with a demonstration on strides and form drills after the run.
Meet the Performance Running Gym coaches and have the option to participate in a strength workout featuring the first week of exercises of the Spring Strength Training program after the run.
The Eau Claire Marathon will be on-site with pre-run giveaways and also offer a post-workout sauna experience.
