Join Vicki Ostendorf, 6-time Ironman Finisher & Kona Qualifier (owner of TriFitness & Rocket Racing) for this run clinic suitable for all run levels. Coach Vicki will give you the tools you need to literally be able to feel and measure the difference of your run performance. If you’re a beginner, this clinic is great for developing a strong foundation upon which you can build. If you’re an intermediate/advanced runner, this clinic can help you refine your skills and provide you with tips and techniques you can incorporate immediately to improve your run performance…all while staying injury free!
