Coach Designed & Led Training Plans

Choose from multiple mileage options crafted for beginners and experienced runners alike. Our certified coaches will guide you every step of the way with:

  • Access to a 16-week training plan via the Final Surge app or as a downloadable PDF

  • Twice-weekly workout emails from your coach to keep you on track

Supported Group Runs Twice a Week

Connect with people pursuing the same goals 2x a week and find them at the finish line. Feel supported every step (and mile) of the way with in-person, guided runs led by coaches who know the St. Cloud community and terrain. 

Community & Accountability

 Be part of Minnesota’s oldest and largest running organization. We have helped thousands of runners prepare for Fall races – now it is your turn.

Training program participants receive emails from their coach to keep them engaged and accountable throughout their training cycle. You also gain the support of other runners who want to build their endurance, speed, and confidence alongside you.

And, members of Run Minnesota training programs also gain access to our runs across the state. This means that if you are in the Twin Cities or anywhere else Run Minnesota is leading a training run that day, then you can join us. We want to support you wherever you are on your training journey.

I’m so glad I took the leap to join Run Minnesota. I didn’t know what to expect on my first group run, but I was pleasantly surprised at how warm and welcoming everyone was. The group runs were my favorite part.
