Our Training Program is designed to meet the needs of beginners to experienced runners and everyone in between. Whether you’re preparing for your first or 100th race, we’re here to help you get race ready.
Group Training
Whether you’re looking for camaraderie, accountability or in-person coaching expertise – this package is for you. It features Tuesday & Saturday supported group runs in the Twin Cities, plus discounts and guaranteed entries to various goal races.
Independent Training
If you prefer running alone, live outside the Twin Cities or want to train on your own schedule, this package is a great fit.

We offer sliding scale registrations if your income doesn’t allow you to pay the full fee for Run Minnesota Training Programs. Please fill out the form here and we’ll reach out to you.
Run Minnesota Members receive 20% off training. The discount is automatically applied when you’re logged in to your membership account.
