Join us for a preview run of our Spring Half Marathon & Marathon training build-up. This run is open to anyone and a great way to come and meet the coaches, and team leads and get a feel for the program!
When: The run starts at 7:30 am sharp.
Where: Lake Bde Maka Ska Parking Lot.
What: Social Long Run – Building endurance and a base
Distance: Depending on which level training calendar you are following, half marathoners will run from 5-10 miles.
Hydration will be provided every 5k.
