The Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run is the zaniest winter running event in North America! Only the bold run the cold in this famous little northern border town of International Falls, Minnesota – aka the Icebox of the Nation! Choose between the 5K or the 10K – or if you are really tough….run both. The legendary Gizzard Girls will be on hand to register, assist and cheer on all racers! We hope to see all the runners at the Runner’s Reception after the race!
