We’d love it if you can volunteer a few hours to support the running community! \nWhat You’ll Do: \n\nHelp load in and set up our fun and engaging booth.\nSell merchandise\, memberships\, and race entries to excited runners.\nPlay the game in our booth with visitors to help them win entries to our raffle for a free race entry or a training program registration.\nShare info about Run Minnesota’s cheer zone in the race and mission.\n\nWhy Volunteer? \n\nMake a difference by supporting Run Minnesota\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to our running community.\nConnect with a vibrant network of runners and meet some incredible people.\nHave FUN while being part of this high-energy event!\n\nIf you love running or just want to lend a hand to an amazing cause\, we’d love to have you! DESCRIPTION:🏃 We’ve been selected as one of 5 cheer zones at the Earth Day Half Marathon! The winning cheer zone takes home a $1\,000 prize\, which we will use to jumpstart our Events Council and the Every Stride Squad initiatives! \nHere’s the scoop: \n\nWe’ll cover the Mile 10 water stop\, a crucial spot to help runners power through.\nWe will be cheering! Our theme is bees for this event and we’ll be decked out to support the runners on the course\, handing out water\, and having fun!\nOur theme for the cheer zone is bees! For that\, we’re asking people to wear black and yellow and we’ll bring accessories for people to get in the bee spirit. We are also looking for a few bold people who want to wear bee costumes to serve as our “mascot.”\n\nWe are looking forward to supporting Run Minnesota runners at the event along with all of the other great runners at the event. Want to get in on the fun? Join us as a volunteer! Volunteers will enjoy free snacks/food\, a free Run Minnesota shirt\, and a fun day of supporting runners! \n💥 It’s your chance to encourage runners while helping us win big for our community!
