DESCRIPTION:The Lift Bridge Road Race is based at Lift Bridge Brewing Company in Stillwater – the event’s title sponsor. The 10-mile\, 10K and 5K courses show off the best of historic residential Stillwater and its scenic lakes and paved trail system. All three distances share a common finish at the brewery’s Tower Drive location. The 10 Mile course is a loop starting and ending at the brewery. The 10K and 5K courses start at Washington Park providing plenty of space for runners prepping for the race. The finish will be a festive atmosphere at the brewery to celebrate together.

Funds raised go directly toward advocacy services\, prevention education\, and vital resources for those impacted in our community. Together\, we come to stand up\, speak out\, and promote respect and safety for all.​ This meaningful and engaging event brings people together to stand—whether running or walking—in solidarity with survivors\, sending a powerful message: you are seen\, you are believed\, and you are not alone. Proceeds benefit Sexual Assault Services\, a local nonprofit providing free and confidential support to survivors of sexual assault\, child sexual abuse\, and all forms of sexual violence. \n​The morning kicks off with a 5K run along the scenic trails of the Northern Arboretum. Following the run\, everyone is invited to join the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes at 10:30 a.m.—a powerful\, family-friendly experience open to all ages. High heels in a variety of sizes will be available for those who want to take part in this impactful tradition. Guests can also enjoy a silent auction and other activities throughout the event.
