DESCRIPTION:The Lift Bridge Road Race is based at Lift Bridge Brewing Company in Stillwater – the event’s title sponsor. The 10-mile\, 10K and 5K courses show off the best of historic residential Stillwater and its scenic lakes and paved trail system. All three distances share a common finish at the brewery’s Tower Drive location. The 10 Mile course is a loop starting and ending at the brewery. The 10K and 5K courses start at Washington Park providing plenty of space for runners prepping for the race. The finish will be a festive atmosphere at the brewery to celebrate together.

BMC’s Go for the Gust is held during Grantsburg’s Big Gust Days. \nCOURSE:\n5K (approx. 3.1 miles): On paved roads starting and finishing at Burnett Medical Center.\n10K (approx. 6.2 miles): Extended course with same start and finish as 5K. \nSCHEDULE OF EVENTS:\n6:00am-8:00am: Same-day registration & packet pick-up\n7:30am: Start of 10k race.\n8:00am: Start of 5k race. \nRACE FEE:\n$30 for 5k/$25 ages 65+ and 16 & under.\n$40 for 10k/$35 ages 65+ and 16 & under.\nSame day registration fees increase by $5. \nREGISTRATION:\nEveryone who pre-registers by Friday\, May 3 will receive a moisture wick t-shirt—so register early! Sorry\, no refunds. Each year the proceeds benefit a local organization.
