There is a distance for everyone and all events are walker-friendly! \nVirtual Option\nAll participants will have the option to choose a virtual race at registration or can switch to a virtual race until August 1\, 2024. Virtual participant packets can be mailed for an additional fee of $6.50 or picked up during the normal packet pick-up times.

SUMMARY:Twin Cities Twilight Relays
DESCRIPTION:The inaugural Twin Cities Twilight Relays is a unique evening\, 13.1(ish) mile\, 4-person relay where each team-member runs an identical approximately 3.3-mile full clockwise loop of Bde Maka Ska\, starting and finishing at Thomas Beach. During the event participants will congregate in a festival area with food\, music\, rehydration–including an Athletic Brewing N/A Beer Garden with a free N/A Beer for all participants–and lots of good vibes to cheer each other on. \nThis is a timed event with awards for the top team in multiple categories\, but at its core it’s more fun than competitive and is intended to be a summer running celebration of our vibrant and diverse Twin Cities running community and all that makes it great. DESCRIPTION:This race is set in beautiful Lake Elmo Park Reserve\, and is a great duathlon for first-time duathletes as well as those with lots of experience. Run the paved trails within this beautiful park\, then ride the picturesque horse country roads\, and finish your final run at the park for the first mulltisport barbecue of the season. Don’t fancy running? Try our Reverse Du option – bike run bike! Two and three person relay teams welcome. Regular Du – 2.5 mile paved trail run\, 15 mile bike\, 2.5 mile paved trail run. Reverse Du – 15 mile bike\, 2.5 mile paved trail run\, 15 mile bike. Barbecue and awards ceremony included in registration fee.
