SUMMARY:Triathlon Camp - Madison Experience 2025
DESCRIPTION:Swim\, bike\, and run with the experts!! \nRegardless of your goals\, come spend a weekend in Madison\, WI training on the IM Madison 70.3/140.6 course! \nWe will have workouts and distances appropriate for Sprint\, Olympic\, Half-iron\, and Ironman athletes! All ability levels are welcome! \nMore importantly\, come spend time with like minded athletes\, and build relationships that will last way beyond the race! \nWorkouts will include a mix of several open water swims and runs in downtown Madison. Group rides will depart from various locations and ride out west to the country roads in Verona\, Mt Horeb\, and Cross Plains. We will have 3-4 coaches on hand for support and athlete assistance\, but the format and structure will be more “session” driven that “instruction” driven. While coaches will be on hand for all sessions\, the swim portions of the camp will be the only heavily “instructed” portions. SUMMARY:Rochester Running Club All-Comers' Track Meets
DESCRIPTION:Meets are FREE for kids 2-15+ years old and open to the public. Para-athlete/wheelchair inclusion – independent or parent assisted are encouraged to participate. \n2025 Dates: June 3rd\, June 10th\, June 17th\, July 1st\, July 8th\, July 15th\nTime: 6:00 PM\nLocation: Soldiers Memorial Field Track\, 244 Soldiers Field Dr. SW\, Rochester MN \nKids are welcome to participate in as many sprints/races and field events as they’d like. One purple participation ribbon is awarded to each participant per evening. First\, second\, and third place ribbons are given in each heat and overall for each age group in the long jump.

The Marathon is a point to point course\, beginning in the old mining town of Rochford; home of the MoonShine Gulch Saloon\, the Mall of America\, and the University of Rochford. After a quick run through town\, you find yourself on the George Mickelson Trail and on your way to Deadwood. The Half Marathon starts on the trail\, 13.1 miles from Rochford. The Finish Line for both events is the Deadwood Trailhead.
