DESCRIPTION:Anoka County 4-H is hosting our annual 4-H Clover Dash 5K and 2-mile walk fundraiser and silent auction. Run or walk to support this fundraiser for Anoka County 4-H! Funds will support healthy living programs\, community service projects and scholarships for youth. We also have a virtual option for those who want to participate on their own or don’t live in the area. \nDon’t want to run/walk or can’t make the event? That’s okay! You can still support Anoka County 4-H by checking out the many wonderful items on our online silent auction. We have collectibles\, food & drinks\, golfing excursions\, entertainment\, home & lawn décor\, getaways\, and more! There is truly something for everybody in our auction. Best of all\, you can bid from anywhere using just your phone! \nWe also give out awards and awesome door prizes at the event. This is a 4-H event you and your family don’t want to miss!

DESCRIPTION:The VCA Victory 5K is a run/walk family-friendly\, community event that is also a certified and sanctioned USATF race. The weekend also includes a pasta feed and a free kids run. The Victory 5K race will provide chip timing\, and each pre-registered participant will be guaranteed this year’s race shirt and medal. DESCRIPTION:About:\nThe 5K for Mental Health Awareness\, co-hosted by Central Lakes College and Crow Wing Energized\, aims to highlight the importance of mental health in the community. Proceeds from the event are directed toward local mental health organizations or nonprofits\, as well as CLC programs such as the Food Pantry and the Random Acts of Kindness Program\, which offer crucial support to students facing emergencies. This initiative fosters awareness while providing tangible support to those in need.\nThe 2025 event:\nMark your calendar for the 4th annual 5K for Mental Health Awareness on Saturday\, April 26\, 2025\, at 9 a.m. Proceeds will support the Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen and the Central Lakes College Food Pantry\, making a difference in our community.\nThe race begins and ends at the CLC Brainerd campus and features a community resource fair\, showcasing local mental health support and services.
