We are all about celebrating the women who “tri harder” . . .  \nTime & Location:\nJun 14\, 2025\, 6:45 AM – 11:30 AM \nTurtle Lake Park\, 4979 Hodgson Rd\, Shoreview\, MN 55126\, USA \nCourse Options: \nVirgin Course  | 200 yard swim\, 9.38mi bike\, 2 mi run\nSprint Course  | 600 yard swim\, 12.34mi bike\, 3.1mi run\nAqua Bike | 600 yard swim\, 12.34mi bike\nNEW for 2025!!!! OLYMPIC Distance | 0.9 mile swim\, 25 mile bike\, 5.5 mi run \nPlease note that it is your responsibility to be aware of and familiar with the course in preparation for event day. \nNOTE ABOUT VIRGIN COURSE: The Virgin Course is designed for our first-time triathletes. If you are an intermediate or advanced athlete\, we ask that you register for the Sprint Course (to give these athletes a fair and pleasant first-time experience). \nRegistration (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) \nAll registrations come with a shirt; however\, registering after 6/1/25 will NOT guarantee a specific shirt size on event day.
